
POLICIES AND NOTICES
Below are a list of our written policies and notices regarding the use of our property. An additional waiver will be sent to guests after payment is received.
Booking Confirmation
Once we have received the deposit for your group, your booking will be confirmed on the calendar. This calendar is available for viewing on our website for your convenience to see which dates are still available.
Retreat Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, it will not be eligible for a refund. We understand that life happens, and we are happy to reschedule your group if you let us know at least 60 days before your scheduled booking.
Individual Retreater Cancellation Policy
Individuals may cancel their reservation as long as the group maintains the 5 person minimum requirement. If the individual has already paid their booking fee, it will not be eligible for a refund. However, the reservation is fully transferable to another person. In the event this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible to update the registration information.
Class Cancelation Policy
Any and all reservations made for classes offered are non-refundable. However, the reservation is fully transferable. Please notify us in advance to update registration information.
Payment Options
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience including credit cards, Venmo, ACH directly from your bank, as well as checks. A $35 fee will be charged for any NSF checks.
Children and Pets
Children under the age of 18 or pets are not permitted during the stay. The only exception to this is bookings for children’s crafting parties. These events are not eligible for over-night stays.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors as well as on either porch. There is a designated smoking area on the back patio.
